Web-Resol: Democratization Institute of Sanitation and Environment Information
This site, formerly conceived by Resol Engenharia Ltda., a brazilian consulting company working in the fields of environment and waste management, (with offices at Av. Rio Branco, 277 - 14o. andar, sala 1.403, CEP- 20040-009 Rio de Janeiro, Brasil - tel: (21)2240-5857 e 2262-1914, fax: (21) 2533-3474, e-mail: resol@resol.com.br), is currently managed by Web-Resol, a non profit NGO, dedicated to the dissemination of information related to the environment, sanitation and, more specifically, solid waste management.
It provides free access and research within a wide range of information about solid wastes and waste management, which may help the Latin American and Caribbean technicians and institutions responsible for the waste management to obtain a better acting of its daily tasks and a better planning of its services in the medium and long term, in order to offer to the population better conditions of health and life quality.
